If anything, the company of people was something of a refresher to him. The embracing of people after such a dark time in his life was...a good thing at the very least. Although being poked in the leg by family and shaken by another is something he noted in his mind that he would have to get used to.
"I don't think Hirro's gonna let me skip out on eating again after last week." He said as he stood up from the couch and grabbed himself a bowl of rice. "I doubt she wants to find me passed out on the floor and I don't wanna wake up screaming from hot broth and udon being shoved in my mouth." He snickered to himself, while also wanting to push that memory away a bit because of the fact they also found him on the couch looking dead. Or at least almost dead.
"At least it's better than my cooking at least." She said in between mouthfuls of rice, every now and again licking stray grains back into his mouth. Yuuto blinked a bit, realizing that he wasn't alone in his house to eat in such a way and cleared his throat "So...yeah...uumm...You guys hear about anything happening durring the summer?" He asked, scratching the back of his head in embarrassment.
