Once that he woke up, Veirnj only stood up and walked up to the edge of the balcony that was in his bedroom. He only looked in the distance. He had no thoughts. He would only look forward…without emotions. It was as if he wasn’t there anymore. That his body was nothing but bits of matter. He looked around, seeing some blurry spot in the distance. Soon, one of the spy would appear in the room.
“Sir, War and Lacy are approaching the castle.” The spy would saw towards Veirnj. Veirnj said nothing, only watching the blur approaching and approaching. After few times, he would turn to look over his shoulder at the spy.
“What about the corrupted creatures?”
“They are being successful at their task so far.” Veirnj would then look back at the blur, sighing a bit.
“Prepare a little party for them. I want to weaken them before I get to them.” He said, turning to walk out of his room. “But don’t kill them, okay? I want to feel their still beating heart in my hand.” He would then walk out. The spy would only nod, disappearing.
Veirnj got to the last room in the hall. It was where he would hear the least noise. He closed the door, sitting down as he seemed to be meditating.
