Kaleb... Was point blank lost and confused. He rarely knew exactly what was going on during these things, but was able to make it seem like he was keeping up just fine. He walked into the room after rushing away from home. He had been taking care of his mother and was quite frankly concerned that he would be late. He saw Michael and gave him a timid smile and a soft wave, happy that the male was there.
He sat down and waited for the meeting to start, sitting there in silence, fidgeting slight as he sat next to Cat. Liam caught his attention and told him that he was an ace. He was an ace? Him!? But he hadn't done anything. It was all his "friend's" fault that he was even in this position! Kaleb poked his fingers together nervously. "B-But I'm no-not really all that great... Honestly... It's... Well it's all my... Friend..." Kaleb whispered, not even knowing if Liam caught it.
"Well... If me and... Cat don't go... Then does that mean you are going to Liam?" Kaleb asked softly, but it seemed to go unnoticed as Liam did seem to take the lead. That was probably for the best. He watched the people around him, his eyes landing on Micheal again. When the man spoke, he was happy to have something to focus on... 'cause it wasn't long before "his friend" started to get antsy.
'Oh please stay inside... It will cause a lot less trouble... And we're in a meeting... And...' Kaleb thought at the beast. He would have continued, but was interrupted by a voice heard only to Kaleb. 'Shut up! I'll come out when ever the hell I want. But... I'll stay. Only if you say please~'
'Please?'
'IT IS PLEASE SIR TO YOU!'
'I'm sorry!'
During this mental battle, he scrunched down lower into himself as if afraid. Poor Kaleb could only hope that no one else was witnessing this... He tried to focus on the file that Micheal had pushed out, making no move for it. He believed him. He trusted Micheal.
