Needless to say, what would have taken a human an eternity to slip past every body, it only took a werewolf a few seconds. Using his mass as a battering ram of sorts, Theo relentlessly barged {and, undoubtedly, bruised} through the thicket, not a single shred of remorse brought about from his actions. In fact, it wasn't until 2 locker lengths away from Class 1A, the room that housed the standard english-goers, that the flow reduced significantly. Exhaling a grateful sigh at this new development, the flame-haired teenager slowed his pace to a leisurely stroll, suddenly finding no urgency in his arrival. Gruffly shoving his fists into the tattered denim's front pockets, Theo came to a complete halt at the thin rectangle, a pathetic excuse for a window. The first thing his gaze was drawn to was Dexter..and how he was getting friendly, perhaps a tad bit too friendly, with Taylorr, the alpha's sister. Drawing his flat-lined expression into a titled smirk, the beta could only give a small scoff at their interactions. Fools. You're not mates…so why bother..? commented his conscious, eyes suddenly drifting over to the two hunters. Narrowing his yellowed hues in disgust, Theo immediately felt the hairs on the back of his neck bristle at their appearance, at their sight. It wasn't the Day siblings that drove him to the edge, no no, they were harmless..in fact, they were almost comical how they tried to stop what felt so natural! No, it was their title, their whole purpose for living, that made him want to bite their heads off…their history and the lives their kind had taken. Hunters… Giving an inward growl, the beta's realistic side snapped back into control, the side that told him to move on before he lost his cool.
Deciding it would be best to listen to that voice, Theo continued his lethargic strolling, hands in pockets and facial expression back to the blankness he was known for. In a matter of seconds, however, the werewolf was passing through the open door of Classroom 1C, the stationary room for advanced english, his eyes immediately tugged to his other half, his mate. There she was, in all of her beauty and power, slumping in the back of the room with her delinquent posture. Instinctively, a half smile warmed his expression as he caught that misty look glazing over her crimson orbs, the one telltale sign she was drifting off again, occupied with her own thoughts. With another chuckle, he maneuvered around the aisles of desks to take his rightful place next to her, every fiber in his body yearning to be close. Falling into the back row, Theo hauled his desk closer to his mate's before draping his arm over the backing of her chair. "Sorry I'm late.. kinda had to run here seeing as someone didn't wake me." While his words were accusing, the tone held nothing but playful teasing, his eyes dancing with the smirk he had plastered on his lips. However, that carefreeness was quickly evaporated once those amber hues took a sweep of the room, not a teacher, nor his Alpha, in sight. Letting out a low whistle, Theo merely quirked his eyebrow in surprise before muttering out, "Where the hell is everybody..?"
