Ningyo finished his noodles and examined the shop. There were three other people in the small building. One in particular caught his attention. She was clad in all black. She wasn't from the leaf. She was a spy from another village. Not from the Sand either. Still she had something in common with Ningyo.

Ningyo stood up and decided to try something. He pointed at the black clad girl. "You!" began Ningyo, "You and I are strangers here. We should stick together, there is safety in numbers after all." Ningyo immediately regretted his action. He knew he wasn't good with people, but he never thought he would say something so blatantly stupid. He prepared himself in case he was about to come under attack. He really hoped that the girl would just honor his stupid request.
