The Young Miss Sorescu was known to favour very high-class food, yet also in a fairly big amount. That morning however, her eyes brighten by the sight of a "normal" breakfast; consist of grains and cereals, fruit and vegetables, eggs, meat and fish, and also tea, coffee, milk and fruit juice to choose from. Pancakes, sausages, French toast, bacon, sweet breads, fresh fruit, vegetables, mushrooms, baked beans, muffins, crumpets and toast with butter and margarine and jam and also marmalade aren't to be forgotten either. A sight rather crazy when knowing that it'll only consumed by two individuals as such amount was obviously impossible for them to eat. It was discussed before that it was too much, but still they won't have the chefs lessen the amount. After all, everything was a show of wealth. And as such, it was significant for the grown ups to maintain, even if it's only their daughter's breakfast we're talking about. Well, you don't have to believe it, Del didn't know about it either and wouldn't understand it if explained. For her, "grown ups" often act like complete idiots, very illogical, irregular, weird and without any compassion.
They're lost cases, unlike faeries who didn't know anything about hierarchies/ social standings and most importantly, wealth and money.
Taking time to sit comfortably, she took a toast and poor milk into her glass. Afterwards, she stood up seeing the jam and the eggs so far away from her reach and took them to her seat. Again, she found the perfect position to sit down comfortably and finally completed the last steps to finally relish her toast as then she heard the door opened. Tsuki!, was her first, with joy filled thought and she was proved to be right. There he stood with his normal attire, looking rather messy especially when regarding his hair.
Del already wanted to criticize his tardiness but then he came to her, approached her with that smile of his and even touched her shoulder, so that she just couldn't. She merely looked up to her private servant and heard out his reasoning. "Miss Delariah. I apologize for my lateness, as I had some difficulty this morning. The faeries in the garden must have been playing tricks on me again." Del had to grin. Tsuki was the only one who believed, the only one who ever listened to her stories and therefore, she felt closer to him than to anybody else. Despite she knew him merely for five months; it was as if she could entrust him everything, at least, almost everything.
"Is that so? Then you have received your punishment already." She said and gestured with her hand that he should sit down. "But!" Suddenly, she raised the boiled egg she had been holding for awhile. "Peel this for me!" She then demanded, and expected him to do it in that instant.
"And aaand Tsuki, you do know what day this is, right?" Her eyes seemed to penetrate Tsuki's eyes, searching for a proof that he knew what she was talking about. "Festival, today in the city. I want to go. You'll accompany me." Of course, Del wasn't permitted to go outside because she was sickly. On top of it, she was the daughter of one of the richest person around and therefore she was in more dangers outside than any other 16 years old teenager. However, she wanted to experience such things, even though it means doing what's not allowed. And Tsuki, well Tsuki was forced to agree upon the idea. Not like Del accepted any ditching.
