Cathy ducked down once she heard the first shots. At first she thought the man had found her. Then she heard groans behind her. She turned around and saw five zombies sprawled on the ground with a bullet in their head's. Puzzled she looked up and saw the girl she helped earlier. She was about to wave to the girl but she saw the man quickly going down the fir escape after her. Crap she whispered. She was about to turn and run but she spotted the man's gun on the ground. Smiling she picked up the gun and bolted down the street. The make shift bandage on her ear came loose and it started bleeding again. It left a sloppy red trail behind her. Cursing she ran towards an abandoned subway station. Upon entering she saw three zombie standing by the exit. She took them out with the man's gun. Then she hid it under one of the corpses. Pulling out her knife she leaned against the thinking about what to do next.
