James went into the kitchen. One of the ladies knew him from each year before. " Hello Mr Nexium, nice to see you again."
She was an older lady , not much older but still.
"Nice to see you again Ms.Anne." He gave her a small smile and took his plate, which had been waiting for him it seemed.
He left a coin in it's place and made an about face.

wandering through the train with his plate full of food. Hmm hmm hmm... He was bored, however what ever mess the others had gotten into didn't seen all that intresting. How often had he walked these carts... He counted his steps. sixteen....seventeen...
He turned and was at his cart. He opened the door and took his seat. The same seat he had taken for the last 6 years.

He smiled as he picked through his plate, roasted quail , a bit of venison , and various cheeses and other goodies.

He watched the world zip by on the train, savoring the flavor of the meat.

This year was going to be the same as every year....wasn't it..?
