Bridgette smiled, "Well it's definitely been a quiet day over here as well. As for any goings on tonight in town. I'm not sure really, it would be nice to do something though. I feel like if I'm not here I'm at home with noth'n but the four walls to keep me company. Well that and the plants, but like yer little helpers, they're not much for talking either. Unless you want hear about how they should have had three more ounces of water today, plants can be a bit persnickety at times."
She sat down on the corner of an empty crate that had been stacked up. She couldn't help but admire Kris's looks he was a handsome man in her eyes. Now other much younger woman, might not appreciate his more, down home, old fashioned style, and also the fact that his choice of career kept him repeatedly splattered in blood and bits of animal flesh. But Bridgette could appreciate a man in this day and age that could have those old world values, a man that worked hard everyday with his hands instead of making his living pushing buttons while sitting on his rear end all day. Not that Bridgette was actively looking for a man, she just had to admit herself that the lad was easy on the eyes.
"You know how it is though, there's always something going on iff'n ya just look hard enough."
