The prince introduced himself and Amelie stepped back, noticing how he moved straight to her father. Great, a stiff... She hated people who always followed the rules. He did not dismount from his horse however, and Amelie raised one eyebrow at him as he introduced himself to the King.
"Ah, I sure do hope so as well, dear boy. Come, dismount and let me groomsmen stable you and your lady's horses. Amelie, why don't you show Lady Lorraine to her chambers. I'm sure the room across from yours will suit her just fine," King York says and Amelie curtsies against her better nature.
"Yes, father," she says, leading Lorraine into the castle. "So, you and the prince are good friends?" She asks as she leads the way up the grand staircase.
