Kyra felt confused, awkward, and.... Human. "Uhh, is it rude to growl you?" Stupid! "Mmm... You are human... I'm sorry, I don't know what is okay to do around a Human... Grrr..." She began to growl again, but this time, at herself for being so confused. She was confused, dumbstruck, and she didn't know why, and because she didn't know why, it was making her angry.
John could see she was starting to get upset, it seemed she was lacking in social skills aswell.
"It's fine." He said calmly, as he tried to think of where he had previously stated where he was from. No dice. He began debating telling her the truth. After all, he doubted someone with the ability to shape-shift would hold much animosity against his order. He decided to tell her, what could it hurt, and hell, if it came to bite him in the ass, he wouldn't be alive long enough to regret it anyway.
"If I tell you where I'm from, you need to promise me you're not going to share the information." He said nervously. He was breaking the third commandment of the Hashasins, but he was never much for obeying their commandments. He had a laundry list of commandment breaks. He was constantly breaking into the ancient library, he had revealed himself by decapitating a man in a public place, on live television, just to name a few.
"I'm from a small town in the middle east, Alamut. I'm a part of an ancient bloodline of assassins. When people get too power hungry, kill their own civillians, start wars, commit genocide, or anything else that is deemed improper by our leader, their killed. I've been trained as an assassin since I was five." John said, quivering with each word. He was nervous beyond anything he had ever been before. His hands shook violently as he continued to play with his blades. Not long after, he lit a cigarette, unsure of whether he had just made a terrible mistake, or had just made a friend. He hoped to god it was the latter, and not the former, he really didn't want to fight a tiger, and besides, she seemed alright. Definitely someone John wanted on his team in a fight.
