Aurora was blind to the distance between them. She was happy day and night, she had the world. During the day Seven would spoil her showing her the ways of the humans and buying her gift after gift. At night she was free to be her true self the wolf at heart with Rajkiran by her side and a pup to protect. She would think about Rajkiran being stuffed in that tiny room day in and day out but any time she would start to go get him Seven always seemed to have something for her to do. One afternoon Seven had to go on a hunting trip and Aurora was free to do as she pleased. It was a little after 12 before she got off work and was free to get Rajkiran and the pup from the attic as Seven had nicknamed it.

She ran up the stairs to find the pup bored out of it's mind chasing it's tail trying to find something fun to do. The pup stopped and looked up at her delighted to see her at such an odd hour. Normally Aurora wasn't home till after dark. Aurora reached down and held the pup in her arms scratching it's head. She smiled and giggled at the joy the pup had to see her. She sat down on the bed beside Rajkiran this rough older scared up male. She set the puppy down and rolled off the bed onto her knees. She was face to face with Rajkiran. She smiled at him softly searching his eyes for joy, happiness, sadness, really...anything.

Aurora had had practice changing into her human for at night but never her wolf form during the day. She hated not being able to talk with Rajkiran. She closed her eyes and tried her hardest to transform into her wolf form. She could feel it but it was going to be painful. She decided to put it aside the pain wasn't worth a few minutes of talking with him. Not right now anyway.
