Arros followed Kael into the gardens. After the shootout at the police station Arros was called off world to report in person to Kael's father. This time, he returned not to take Kael home. The endeavor of taking the kid back was too costly and Wing City was too helpful to Kael's freedom. This was the end, Arros knew it and hated every moment of it.

Kael sat in the gardens at a bench and took in the beauty around him. Life had only gotten better since he'd become a citizen of Wing City and was excitedly awaiting the arrival of his date who suggested their first time meeting would be in the gardens. Then a sudden pain rose up from inside him. Arros had stood only a few meters behind him and was close enough for the device to transmit.

Kael coughed and blood pooled from his mouth. A chill raced down his spine followed by a burning sensation in his chest. He slumped against the back of the bench as strength fled from his body. Arros walked around and faced him. Kael's eyes widened as Arros held up his sidearm and put Kael out of his misery.
