Kevin grinned as the rose sliced in half, immediately reforming it back as if it hadn't been cut before it hit the ground, then returning the form back into strings that leapt into his hand.

"Men aren't allowed to expect no for an answer?" he said as he slid the strings into his pocket, pausing to let the Headmistress make her speech to the newbs. Once she finished, he took off to his room, waving to the catgirl and her roommate and completely ignoring the new kid attempting to show off. That was HIS schtick. The walk back to the dorms was brief, and made it rather pointless to bring the GT500 along, but it had his stuff and Kevin was feeling lazy. Not even bothering to use his key as he slid the pins into place inside the lock, he opened the door and left it that way as he walked over to the window and opened that as well. On cue, three bags came flying up, having been hoisted by the zippers and metal he'd woven into the fabric from his car. See, Kevin's previous experiences here had taught him to constantly be on the lookout for metals to use during menial tasks, and he would be damned if he wasn't going to use his parent's lack of care and enormous bank accounts to prepare as such. With a quick motion, the bags flew to the bed he would be using and unzipped, ready to be unloaded. Glad to see everything proper, he turned to see his new roommate already there.

"Look," he said, leaning back on the wall by the window, "I can tell you seem to think I'm kind of an ass. And maybe I am a bit of a showoff. But the last thing I want is a roommate who I can't tolerate or vice versa, so if you ever feel I'm being too much, just say so, alright? Name's Kevin, pleasure to meet you, man." Kevin said, smiling warmly as he extended a hand to shake, both as a greeting and as a peace offering.
