Oreron Hall and Owsla Hall

Although the day was going...somewhat easy, Oreron couldn't help but reflect on his past up until now. His own childhood at that. He remembered many of his people, other neco like him. Many of them bigger than most, but normal for him. Playing rough games of tag and hunting small animals for practice before choosing the craft he wanted to learn. Those where better times, times that he wished that he could have raised his own daughter in. However, life did not always plan for a peaceful existence.

Though the sensation of a cold, wet nose once again brought him out of his thoughts and back to reality. He looked up from the lake to find a dog nudging him and then promptly plopping downing in-front of him. He tilted his head, confused for a second. "What is it dog?" he asked as if the german shepard was going to answer him back and then his mind clicked. There was meat on the fire and dogs will come when there is food. Though unfortunately it wasn't his place to give this meat to the stray animal.

"I know that you want....This what you want?" he said pulling out a piece of dried meat from his pocket and waved it around as if it were a toy.

"Fatha? Where'd the dog come from?" Oreron's attention shifted instantly from the canine to his daughter walking out of the water with three large fish skewered on her spear.

"It's the guys dog from down the way." Oreron answered pointing to his left as he set the piece down in front of the dog.

Owsla shrugged. "He is awful cute though." she mussed as she crouched down and started to pet the creature.

"I'd be car-" Oreron stopped himself and sighed as owsla took to the dog with glee and pet its ears and back. "At least he hasn't bitten you."
