Fay straightened her black bow tie before she turned her alarm clock off. Besides her bow tie she wore a white long sleeve button up shirt, short black shirt, white knee high socks, and freshly polished black shoes with a small heel. She looked in the bathroom’s mirror and brushed her hair once more. Perfect. She glanced at her roommate’s empty side of the room and sighed. It bothered her. Why did her roommate just leave? Did she not like her?
“It probably isn’t my fault she left,” she told herself, failing at comforting herself. She grabbed her black leather bag and slid it over her left shoulder and across her chest. She ignored her phone as she felt it vibrate in her skirt pocket. She took a deep breath as she walked out of the room and locked the door behind her. She didn’t feel like going for a quick breakfast so she just headed to the main house. She put a happy smile on her face as she walked through the halls and entered the classroom. There were already two people there. She gave them a small wave.
“Hello, I am Fay. It's a pleasure to see you two again,” she said in a sweetly soft voice. After, she took the seat right next to the wall. Fay placed her bag in her lap once she had crossed her legs. She sat upright with her head held high. Fay pulled out a black leather clock face watch with roman numerals from her skirt’s pocket. She secured it onto her left wrist as she tried not to think. Once it was secure she pulled out a sketchbook and a small pencil case from her bag. Her eyes wandered over the trees she had sketched from the night before. Thoughts of how she could make it better wandered around in her mine. She glanced up at the other two people in the room for a second before she went back to observing her drawing.
