Merek appeared far from the ship that was beginning what looked to be a reconnaissance of the city he was sent to. His common sense for the most part he turned off when he decided it would be a good idea to appear in the upper atmosphere of the planet above the ship. This brought him plummeting down towards the city he had put up a barrier over his armor to protect him from the both G forces and his rapid entry down. The warrior still caught ablaze leaving behind a smoke trail and a fire trail that from a distance would remind a man of wings.

He shifted the dive head first with one arm pointed straight out with sword in hand creating the vortex in front of him. Merek constantly shifted his trajectory towards that of the ship. Hitting it would mean quite a catastrophe for all parties involved while even a near miss would be enough to rock the ship. The warrior kept his other hand near his chest holding onto a sickle like weapon. not long enough to be a scythe but not short enough to be considered a kusarigama. It could be considered a pick of sorts but with barbs on the inside of the blade for gripping and shredding.

His voice would also rattle downwards towards the city as he let out his own battle cry which he fortified and amplified with his magic to make the noise more powerful and allow all to know his presence.

"I AM THE FLAMES OF INFERNO, FORGED OF WAR!" His voice boomed forth.
