After a bit of searching, Taethion found a place for the party to stay for the night, and led the others there. Even though she had already stated she would sleep outside the city, Sylphine followed them so she would know where they were staying--that way, if something really did go wrong, she'd be able to find them quickly. She had also sent Pirika off to follow Bliston so that she'd know where to find him as well. So this place is called the Wayfarer's Bed and Bar, huh...

Of course, when she saw the rooms in which the others would be staying, she immediately regretted her choice of staying outside. Sleeping on the ground or in trees could get pretty uncomfortable, after all, and doing it so many nights in a row was even less fun. It probably wasn't too late to tell Bliston and that dwarf that she was changing her mind, but...

Just at that moment, Gale approached her and suggested she room with Lana--er, no, wait, Florette. It didn't take long for Sylphine to make her mind up. "Oh. Um, yes, of course...I'll have to tell Bliston I'm staying inside, though." Right then, she felt her face heating up from embarrassment over her own immensely awkward word choice in that conversation.

Quickly trying to take her mind off that subject, she looked down the hall. "So...I guess that room's ours, then..." she murmured, looking at the room furthest down the hall. "Okay...this way, Florette." Reaching down gently, she took the smaller girl's hand in hers and walked towards that room.

By some luck, the room Sylphine chose happened to be the one with the window. Good, now Pirika will be able to come back here if she pleases without bugging the others...well, except for Florette, but that can't be helped. Taking her coat off and hanging it in the closet, she kicked off her sandals and laid down on her back upon the bed. To say the least, it was definitely better than sleeping on the ground.

Unfortunately, Sylphine knew she couldn't enjoy this feeling for too long. Sitting back up (and immediately wishing she could lie back down on the soft mattress), she looked up to Florette. "I'll have to head back out to tell Bliston I'm staying in here tonight, rather than outdoors," she sighed. "Is there anything you want me to get for you on my way back?"
