A planet where the lines between magic and technology are blurred. A place where one cannot exist without the other. Mages summon their magic through machines, spirits possess vehicles, and magic itself can become as toxic as nuclear waste.
"Yes." Lukas took a look at the man. Yes, he was the one he hired. He paused a moment before continuing: "Thank you for coming to aid me. I hope you understand that the reason I hired you was to keep US safe. This place is a bit treacherous sometimes, and I'd rather not go alone," he began rambling, until he stopped to not bore his acquaintance. He threw him a flask of pink liquid labeled "Telekinesis" as he opened a bottle for himself. "Hope you don't mind the taste, but I'd rather you drink this, to not "lose touch", so to speak." He paused for an instant, looking over him. "We're going to search some mountain caves. I'm looking for quicksilver, so take this pick," he finally said as he pulled a pickaxe from his pack.
