"The kitchen help does the dishes," she stated as she grabbed the dish bin and began to carry it into the kitchen. "Could you bring the trash out to the dumpster, then we can go out on the lake if you still want to of course," Bay finished before setting the bin on the counter beside the dishwasher. The blonde smiled to herself and tucked her hair behind her ears. She couldn't believe she was spending time alone with Alaric. This is something she wanted to do ever since she laid eyes on him. Of course he brother was going to say something about this to her, but she didn't care. All it would really be is his normal picking things.

The male smirked a bit and shook his head, "No, I'm one of the owners. This has been in our family since the day it was built. It was just recently passed down to my sister and I when our mother passed away." Micah reached the top of the stairs and moved out of the way, waiting on Emily to catch up before continuing on his way through the hall.
"I lived in the south until recently but not this far south or this out in the middle of no where. Do you like living out here or do you live closer to a town?" "I actually grew up in this hotel. It was always too long of a drive for my parents to return every morning, so we lived here and I still do. My room is actually just down the hall from here, my sister, Bay, her's is right next door to mine," he explained as they finally reached her door. He set the luggage down and waited for her to unlock the door.
Emily was honestly one of the most beautiful women he had ever laid eyes on. But of course he wasn't going to say anything about it at this moment. The last thing he wanted to do was come off as a creep to one of their patrons. Especially seeing as how the woman was also an author. It's nice to have a known face at their hotel, Bay would have a fit if he screwed this up so yeah, it was best he kept his mouth shut.
