Edwin was bending down, fixing her blankets and fluffing her pillows. He was trying not to look at her in fear of what he might do, especially with only a curtain separating them. He lit the night time candles and made sure her room was cozy and warm. He continued prepping when he heard her soft voice call to him. Hearing his name he turned around to be met by her colliding with him, her head on his chest. Edwin gasped slightly as the maids scurried out. "P-Princess..." His voice said a little confused. He wasn't a mind reader, but he knew her enough to know that her actions were out of bravery and he could tell she was slightly scared of the consequences of her boldness.
Edwin's arms went to her shoulders, then slid around to her back, holding her close. He chuckled at her grin and smiled peacefully at the face he loved so much. Edwin leaned down, his lips hovering above hers as his true passion came forth. He kissed her mouth and lips gently, then more firm and loving. He knew this was her first kiss, and in the past had swore not to take it, but in his heart, he always wanted to. His strong arms held her as he coddled her closer. He stood back up, standing to his tall height and breaking the kiss, as he was awaiting her reaction. His arms strength let up, making it easy for her to escape if she wanted.
