The boy just smirked, his dark eyes flashing. "Maybe this bird isn't afraid of the sharp Talon like most people are." He looked her up and down, judging her strength and watching her reactions. She looked quite odd in her combat boots and dark dress. He couldn't deny that she was quite good looking. And looking into her eyes, he knew she was like him. She hated this place, the boring uniform houses, all the rules and policies...She was waiting for something...anything...to happen.
"You aren't like the normal zealots in this shithole. you don't act like you're a trained monkey." He looked her in the eyes, judging her reaction to his words.
