He chuckled at that and shook his head, "It's not an actual cloud silly, it's soft like one." She'd learn about figurative speech in the long run. Though her reactions were unexpectedly refreshing.
Zero sighed a little, relaxed at her closeness. How long were they gonna be stuck here? With all the seclusion and inability to go anywhere it's like The Shining already. He shuddered. Then she asked something about the surveillance cams systematically placed throughout.
"It's not for us, it's for security reasons, don't worry about it."
They're more noticeable than back at the manor. If he found even one in his room, well, security or no it was gonna get smashed. He sent a glare at one of the black eyes, how chilling. He averted his gaze and stood, around them the servants came and went, everyone of them shot glances as if they didn't trust him. They must have heard about that curb-stomp battle he had back at the warehouse. Fine by him, let them be weary, he could give a rat's ass what they thought.
Zero went over to pick up his duffle, when she asked if they could go out tomorrow.
"I think we should all take five before venturing out. Just stay inside, watch a movie, work on your scrap booking..." He gave the living room another once-over, he couldn't shake the feeling in his gut that maybe this wasn't as solid as Doc promised. He could be wrong, but Zero wasn't about to drop his guard like he did before, not happening.
"C'mon, Let's check out the place, grab a room." He held his hand out for her to take. No more chances, he was keeping her within his field of vision as much as he could.
