There wasn’t that much noise going on this morning as 16 year old teen was laying in a make shift hammock he made up in the tall trees. This was what he called his bed/home, since he could look up and see the clouds during the day and the stars at night while he lays there. The sighed as he looks at clods pass by. Its been while since he’s been at this camp with other run away kids with special gifts. He found it calming there was others like him but also he felt out of place here with them. Major of the kids treat him fair and like others, but there are the others that look at the poor kid like he was the enemy. And he didn’t really blame there either. Out of all the kids he was one of the kids that stayed at the rehabilitation camp the longest before he could escape and cause of that most kids keep a eye on him.
The boy sighed as he then held his two index fingers together as started to focus to get a spark between his fingers but couldn’t. He sighed as he was about to put his hands down when just then a big spark flared between his fingers startling the boy. This made him rock in the hammock so much that he ended up falling out of the hammock and fell out of the tree. The landed flat on his back as he tried to yell out in pain. But due to the impacted the air in his lungs was pulled out of him and the sound that left his lips where that of him trying to catch his breath.
The boy was finally able to catch his breath as he rolled over to his stomach as he tried to stand up. He really hope no one saw this or they will probably laugh at him from falling out of a tree due to uncontrolled of his power. Then more nick names will be told around the camp. Since he doesn’t have a name, the kids each give him a nick name and most of the nick names would evolve around his power. Like zap, static, shock, ect. Then there are other nick names that are either tease or make fun of him. But he tries to ignore those and just act like he never heard them.
