After long minutes of searching, Anthony almost gave up. The fridge was bare, and it was clear that they needed to restock. Thankfully, and sometimes a bit inconveniently, Ali and he had similar tastes when it came to food so whatever one bought, the other usually liked. Occasionally they'd fight over the last cookie, and somehow she always ended up winning. There was a single pear sitting towards the back of the apparatus which Tony decided would be his snack, but a small hand came out of nowhere and pulled it from right in front of him. The man stared, dumbfounded, at the empty space where the pear used to be before turning around to face the snatcher. "Dibs." Deciding not to battle her for it this time, Tony shut the refrigerator door and folded his arms.
"You are so cruel sometimes" he joked with a half smile, but she was already preoccupied with the fact that she had forgotten about Ashton's party. Tony just watched in amusement as gathered up her thoughts. "People wear fatpants to clubs, right?". A chuckle escaped him as he looked her over. Why girls think they need to dress up and wear make up to look pretty was beyond him. "Ayy Ali, don't you know you look good in anything" he said, taking her hand and giving her a quick spin. Taking advantage of the moment, he grabbed the pear from her hand and gave it a quick bite before hand it back with a mischievous smile. She could eat the rest. He always stayed perfectly healthy.
"You're going to need a ride, i'm guessing" he called over his shoulder as he walked towards his phone. Still no word from Kyle or Gen, but it was clear that Tom was not willing to give up the alcohol for the night. Tony smiled down at his phone for a minute before typing out his reply.
