It seemed that even that Kyrat had been in some way placated the fact that he was robbed of a chance to engage a Jedi in combat did little to please the Sith, though it was equally likely that nothing would truly please him until he discovered the truth of the Vortex in the Dark Side. It was so close now, he could almost taste it, the sheer raw power that must be drawn to one lone place must be immense beyond reckoning, even on mighty Korriban he hadn't felt a power like this. With a grunt Kyrat placed his saber back into the holster on his hip and turned back to the windows, striding back to his usual spot, cape fluttering behind him as he walked the length of the command deck. Darth Lyan however stepped around Aryell, an almost reassuring smile stretching across the Twi'leks face. It was strange to be sure that a Sith Lord would smile so much and genuinely mean it, it was no small wonder that Lyan was able to inspire loyalty through love rather than fear.
"Do not worry yourself about Darth Kyrats anger, little Aryell, he is strong with the Dark Side and it is anger that fuels him. Without it he would have been lost long ago, as I'm sure you yourself would have been." Lyans placed a hand on the smaller girls shoulder and led her across to the side of the command deck where she wouldn't be in the way of the officers moving from to and fro.

"I can sense your potential, even if Darth Kyrat cannot, I think you will do just fine in our number, especially after you have been trained in the true might of the Dark Side. But that does leave us with a particular issue, just how we are to teach you. Kyrat will not take you as an apprentice, your ties to the Jedi makes him see you as an enemy. I for one do not see myself in need of an apprentice, such things usually end in disaster for a Sith not yet ready to shoulder their underlings ambitions. For the time being I am afraid you will have to simply learn by observing our ways, you can learn much that way. But you raise an interesting point, perhaps you could be a potent weapon. Indeed Kyrat seems more than intent to lead the charge in battle, so perhaps it might be an idea to risk challenging him to a duel, though I would beware that course of action, Kyrat is one of the deadliest duellists I have ever seen and has never lost a fight against a Jedi. Make your choice soon though as it won't be long until we arrive at Jakku and the truth of this Vortex will be made clear."
