Cypher sighed. With Site-19 being re-opened & places being moved or removed, it seems as people didn't read the memo on the new PDA System that the O5 council funded. The memo was about the PDA containing research logs, a map of Site-19 & other minor items that wasn't addressed in the memo.
Cypher replied. He felt that the Researcher was wasting his time.Ma'am, I've told everyone who was transferred here to read the memo that the O5's gave to everyone. Look on your PDA for a map icon, that'll tell you where you are and how to get to your destination.

Cypher arrived at Gate-A just in-time to see a woman with a heavy brown leather jacket and hat approach the facility. Cypher approached the woman, to confirm her identity if she's the Operative that would join the Foundation.
