xxxxx"She's trouble," seemed like the most understandable way to refer to Brooklyn, even for Collin, who could still say he didn't know her well. He didn't need to know her well to know that Jude was preaching the truth, and that wasn't even him taking his sister's side in the madness that had unfolded a month ago, involving the two of them. He could easily admit that his sister was beyond wrong for her role in that love triangle, and that in that situation, Brooklyn actually could claim the victim role. However, that didn't erase all of the memories that he had of the things that came out of her mouth when she would engage in screaming fights with Nick, or just the vibe that she came off sometimes. It was just as Jude put it - trouble. And that was why Collin was caught off guard, nervous even, at her insisting he come eat with them, and then at her offering to make him a plate of food. He wasn't even thinking in line with her thoughts, that she was trying to flirt with him. In fact, the first motive that came to his mind, was that she was probably going to poison him, or spit in his food, as a way of expressing her hatred for Cara, and him, if only by association. If Jude was treading carefully with the subject, and he was this close to Brooklyn, Collin knew better than to confidently agree with Jude on it, because he still had to be polite. This was one of Jude's close friends, and he wasn't going to insult her to his face. "I kind of got that vibe from her," he answered, though he shrugged his shoulders as if it wasn't that strong of a vibe. As he glanced back at the blonde, who was now the only one in that area, since Makayla had left, Holly was sitting by the couch with Cara, and Jesse was at the other side of the table, he had to turn back to Jude, and lean in a bit closer to say. "And I can respect how you want the best for her, but roommate-to-roommate, if she's about to poison me, can you give me the heads up?" Brooklyn had never showed any interest in him before, so it was understandable that Collin was more than confused about this. He was so confused, that he pulled out his phone for a second to text Weston.

You're probably the last person who'll be helpful, but what does it mean when a random girl makes you a plate of dinner? Am I about to be poisoned?
