Haera slowly looked at him, "No your fucking people just disown you if you don't do what they fucking say... or better yet try and get you to ditch your fucking kids to come back to their stupid ass village. Or treat those kids like complete shit for being mixed in with elves." She snapped and Birger stepped out of that one. He knew all to well how Haera felt. She hated her mother's people for how they treated her mother and family. He has seen first hand how they treated Haera and that was his first taste of beating the shit out of someone to protect someone else. Birger gave her a different drink than she had normally been drinking. "Take it upstairs." He said and she nodded before disappearing. "...it is a sensitive subject for her." He said softly and went to attend to other customers.
