While the two male Yokai had their fun, Umeko had finished mixing the tea leaves together. Plenty of orders had come in as the festival grew closer, and she hoped to sell them in time to participate. It was something she constantly looked forward to, her inner romantic always hoping for a chance to meet someone who was willing to love a simple girl like her. She sighed, locking up her cart as she carried a box carefully in her arms. It was an order for Touhou Gesshou, a kitsune who was in charge of matchmaking. Despite her wish to see him, she was never brave enough to go through with it. Not yet at least.
She set off down the path, the Tsubaki Yokai greeting those who passed her by. Quiet like her flower, she moved silently in the village. Coming to Gesshou's home, she carefully used the door knocker. Umeko adjusted the box in her arms, careful as to not disturb the tea pouches. "I certainly do hope he's here..."
