Thorn had his back nailed up against a tree, Having almost been spotted by the elder Daemon as he turned around.
He had certainly never seen anything quite like the feathered man, or indeed been sentient for more than a few
hours. Slowly peeking around the trunk of the tree, he noticed the man was moving on. He pursued him, for no
real good reason otherr than curiosity. Thorn was silent on his feet, darting from tree to tree, watching the strange
man. Finally, out of sheer boredom, since he was no longer doing anything interesting like making blue flames
appear, Thorn got a devilish idea.
Picking up a nearby rock, he hurled it as hard as he could at the back of Editus's head, thinking to himself
how great it was going to be watching the man try to figure out how a rock could fall from a tree and hit him
right on the head. Thorn could barely contain his laughter as the rock soared towards the back of his head.
