Rei frowned as she didn't quite get the result she had been expecting, "Well.. shit." She said to herself as she checked the feed from Specter of the requested sections of the ship. "Should have distracted them long enough.." Rei added as she paused above the hatch to cycle the access lock. It was a chore, but that was how it had been designed. Access to the superstructure was usually restricted for repairs and other maintenance of the ship conducted at certain intervals.

With the lock correctly cycled, she stepped on the rails to the access panel and felt herself tumbling rapidly downwards. "Holy....!" Was all she could really manage before she realized someone had a hold of her and was intent on bashing her brains out on a nearby bulkhead. Thankfully the suit had cushioned itself around her head, and it's material hardened further upon impact with the bulkhead, rendering her captor's actions futile.

Thinking quickly, Rei used her weight against the somewhat smaller woman and slipped out of the hold she'd been in and began to make a mad dash for the shuttle bays.
