With contentment in her heart, Erika fell to sleep with Clover at her side, both of them as nude as nude can be. Morning came, and Khryia exploded into the room. For some reason Erika was able to somehow notice it, just almost hearing Khryia's voice, almost like an echo of the voice. It was getting closer, she could get faint inflections here and there. She was making progress, and progress was always good to make. Breakfast, she could smell that much clearly. She also heard the excited up and down trills of the dragon's words. "Are we going to head out today to check it out?" She asked and the dragon nodded as Erika covered both herself and Clover up with the blanket, only she was allowed to see. And doctors. And Rosemary and Maple she supposed. "Yeah! Mallier wants us to see if we'll like it!"
Rosemary and Maple would also be staying with them long term at the farm once they were there, while Seraphina and Alistair would be there for a few weeks while they figured out what they wanted to do with the rest of her lives. Though still they all had a idea they'd be seeing Sera again quite often now that she and Maple were an item. It happened almost literally overnight, and now they were together despite everything that had set them as enemies earlier on. "Well, we're all dressed." Cutely, they were, in special Eamon clothes that he made for them. "Let's wait with Khryia in the lobby for Mallier to pick us up?" She helped Clover up and into the wheelchair, giving her one last kiss before heading out into the day.
Hopefully soon Mallier would decide that they were well enough to get ready to go and finally have Erika be officially discharged. It would be soon, the doctors said within the next day or so she would be cleared. She had recovered well, without any real complications. It was just the matter of making sure the implants were in fact working. The only real issue was that the regaining of her sense was going slower than it did for all the others. Sera was able to move her fingers bit by bit, Maple could smell like a normal human, Rosemary had a quarter of one eye's vision, but Erika was still at vibrational hearing than anything concrete. She clung harder to Clover's handles, hoping to really hear again soon.
