Marshall couldn't help but smile at Akma's cheerful attitude. This was why he couldn't understand why the Dims were so looked down upon. "I didn't change that much," he murmured, before listening to the rest of what Akma had to say.
He was silent for a few moments, considering. On the one hand, he did want to make a difference. On the other, why would anyone looking to rebel against his fellow human beings want to trust him? He was still quite young, after all. Not to mention that all he had to prove his good intentions was the money he had brought with him, a meager food supply, a bat with glasses...
Infomation, his mind supplied, and he thought about it quite seiously. He nodded slightly, coming to a decision. "If you think you can convince them to give me a chance, that is."
