When Lonan led her to a gambler's den, Linde was rather... On edge. She didn't like places like this for multiple reasons, and at the top of her list were men of unscrupulous natures who liked to put their hands where they didn't belong. However, she followed him in regardless and stuck close to his side.
They sat down at a table together, and a woman, a barmaid, approached the pair and immediately began to flirt with Lonan.
Linde arched an eyebrow as this barmaid scooted closer to Lonan, offering other services for him in exchange for information about Kieran. However, despite the woman's antics, Linde remained calm and unfazed. In fact, she smiled, and scooted closer to the woman herself leaning towards her.
"Pardon, but may I request you explain to me how you sought to take advantage of my companion in this way?" She asked in a soft, sultry voice.
LonĂĄn Mentally sighed in relief as Rose turned to look at Linde. âI simply noticed a lonely person, and thought he could use some company.â She explained with a small huff, âInformation is easy to come by, payment....has to be varied based on how desperate the information means to a person. Especially if they lack money.â
She smirked then, and pinched LonĂĄn on the cheek playfully, causing the Saharan to blush even worse. âBesides, your friend is cute. What can I say? I like redheads at times.â
Linde scooted closer to the woman, wrapping a hand around her neck and placing her fingers along her spine just beneath the 7th cervical vertebrae.
"I understand, dear. However..."
Linde ran her finger down Rose's back playfully using her fingertip sending a shiver down her spine.
"The information we seek is not what you'd call desperate as far as our needs are concerned, my dear. However, if you require extra payment, I'd be happy to provide it for you." She whispered, her mouth only a few inches from Rose's.
Rose shivered as the woman ran her fingers down her spine. She never was outdone in her seduction like this before! She felt heat rise to her cheeks. âW-well, thatâs, quite the offer dearie... but I have to know what it is the information y-you want...oh gods is it warm in here?â
LonĂĄnâs mouth dropped at how Linde was handling the barmaid, the heat rising to his cheeks as well as he wiped his forehead and saw the sweat on it. He had to thank Linde for diverting her attention later. Right now, he had to fight the urge to join a gambling table.
Linde kept close, her face inches from Rose's as she offered a sultry smile.
"Mm, I don't think it's hot in here, dear. I think..." She ran her finger around Rose's shoulders and to her chin. "... It's just you." She cooed, blowing her breath a bit harder so it brushed Rose's lips.
Rose gasped audibly as she kept at it. She couldnât take the seduction any further, she had to either give in and kiss this Siren, or give in and ask her what information she wanted to know. Her growing blush becoming more and more evident. She was being beaten at her own game!
âAlright, I understand! Iâll do it for however much money you got!â She whispered pleadingly, âYou were looking for a woman right?â
Linde's smile softened slightly, and she leaned in and kissed Rose's cheek.
"Yes, dear. We are looking for a young woman about my height with red hair and green eyes. She might not have my..." Linde pushed her breasts up a little to emphasize them. "Curves... But she's definitely got curves. Seen anything?" She asked playfully.
Rose blushed visibly, as well as LonĂĄn as Linde emphasized the word curves, almost causing the latter to cover his face to not get a nosebleed. LonĂĄn again, had to concentrate on the task at hand and not on Lindeâs natural beauty and charm, lest he incur Aetriusâs wrath later. He didnât want to do such a thing twice in one day! One slip up would suffice!
âYoung redhead woman, curves... Oh! That almost sounds like I remember something about her... some of the boys at the dice table always talked about someone like that, I think. A favorite of theirs.â The barmaid explained. âI donât know which man it was who talks of her but I think from the way they talk, sheâs definitely a woman of the night.â
LonĂĄn raised his eyebrow as he looked at the tables and noticed indeed, a dice game was definitely in session. It seemed to be a simple game of Odds and Evens. He nodded towards Linde. âLooks like itâs one of the popular tables.â He confirmed. He felt tempted to join in the game to try and narrow it down, but nevertheless, he held up the five silver to Linde to silently ask her if Rose should be paid for this information, all the while keeping his eyes on the dice table, as if studying the game itself, and the money being won and lost.
Ohh I hate my father for being a poor gambler. He thought.
Linde noticed Rose's blushing and ever rising sexual tension, and she smiled a little wider. She noticed Lonan holding the silver up as an offer to pay Rose, but Linde carefully waved him off with one hand while using the other to keep Rose's head turned towards herself.
"Thank you dear. I am grateful. So much so, in fact, that I think I'll give you a little... Taste... Of what I have to offer should you find you require further payment than this sample when we're done."
Linde wrapped both hands around Rose's neck, leaned in teasingly towards her lips, and then slipped her head to the side and licked Rose's neck from the collar bone to the base of the jaw, flicking her tongue off her flesh at the end as she leaned back and winked at her.
"Thanks again for your help." She said playfully, releasing Rose and leaning towards Lonan.
"Let's go see our new friends, shall we?" She asked with a wink.
LonĂĄn moves his hand back as Roseâs eyes widened as Linde moved in for what seemed to be a kiss, and then licked her neck teasingly as her payment. Rose became pink and fell over onto the table with a swoon. She wouldnât leave that table for awhile.
LonĂĄn gave Linde a quick nod. âYes, lets. Lets see if we can also double or triple our fortunes eh?â He asked, putting the silver into his coinpurse. He didnât want to try his luck, but there was an itch coming on, an itch that wanted to be scratched. Very much so, like a cat in need of attention.
Linde nodded, and the pair stood up to move to the dice table.
