Only one of the small Marine group survived, the Sergeant, who had called upon his trigger happy squad to stop in the first place. As the barrage started upon the Cantina, he had trigger his emergency teleport out, standard issue for all officers operating in a peacekeeping squad. The man appeared on the bridge, out of breath, but with an emotionless expression thanks to his polarized visor. He told the captain of his disaster on the surface... But the captain went with the escalation approach, wanting to deliver an apology while still having the upper hand...
More flashes of light appeared on the planet, and this time two of them were much larger. The flare died off, revealing two Heavy Assault Troops, and the aforementioned Sergeant, flanked by the aforementioned Troops. These were very heavy Troopers in powered armor, the kind that you mostly see in the Heavy Armor Brigades in other nations. Their armor was a good 3 inch thick, and they carried the kind of weapons that destroyed tanks with one shot. The Sergeant stood there unarmed, flanked by two larger and more powerful guards.
