With Alty here being a pain in the butt, Little Cup's air was being spoiled. Althea was not a friend of hers, and not someone Yue wanted to associate with. Yes, she understood that she was supposed to respect the Original, but respect was a two way street. If Althea did not act in either Yue or Zinnia's benefit, why should Yue care about her? Althea agreed to inform the Guardians, but hopefully that would be enough to contain the threat. Once she was gone, Zinnia seemed to be worried, telling her not to protect her. "You might be stronger than me, and one of the strongest witches there are, but enemies have beat you before." Multiple times now, in fact. "We're stronger together, so we'll protect each other." They were a couple, so they were going to be a team.
Heading into the marketplace, the city was already hustling and bustling with activity and people preparing for Hallow's Eve. Yue could spy Yuu going about with a team of Guardians to watch and patrol the area. "They're already on the lookout for enemies." Yue said softly. Was it stupid to tempt fate by heading out for the festival night? Perhaps it was. But this was one night Zinnia was allowed out of her house arrest. Yue couldn't take that away from her. "The moon was still up in my vision when the enemies attacked." Yue said after hearing Zinnia's explanation of tonight. "So they're probably already in position." Too bad Wing wasn't here anymore - her ability to scan the head of anyone they passed would be very helpful in flushing out who the enemy was, and who not to trust.
With a new bundle of Filament sticks in her arms, Yue pocketed them into Zinnia's robes. She figured Zinnia may want them, even if she didn't technically need tools to cast magic anymore. What was Zinnia? Was she a witch, an angel, or something more? Yue didn't know - but she knew one thing, and that was that whatever Zinnia was, the Eldriss girl would love her nonetheless. "Sorry if I'm sometimes a pain in the butt, Zinny." Yue told her quietly, watching the people about them getting ready. The sun was high in the sky, as if watching with anticipation for tonight's festivities. "I should set up my fortune telling booth, shouldn't I?"
Finding a nice spot underneath a pretty clearing where the moon could shine down at her booth, Yue glanced at Zinnia. "Want to help me set it up?" They had purchased materials, wood, cloth, little ornaments to set the mood, candles. But Zinnia was a better designer than Yue was, who lacked the imagination for this kind of thing. "Let's do it here, I like this spot." It was pretty close to the square where the main dancing would be done, as well.
