Solaris laughs, then catches himself. He'd never done that before. A man made of metal. I suppose that is what I am. He reflects on the words spoken by Sinfrost for a moment. Other dragons. Other Champions. That meant he was a Champion. Strange to think of himself as such. He had always been a foot soldier, unremarkable. His time around the multiverse did little to settle that feeling, mostly ignored in interactions and oftentimes forgotten. He had spent nearly a year in the wilds of Xamoyos, covered in vines and shrubbery, waiting for somebody to come to do something. He supposes that's where it started, the odd feeling of individuality.
He shakes his head slightly, lost in thought. That hadn't happened before, either. Always a mechanical process, the thinking was.
His mind is drawn back to the dragons and Champions and magic. He had a few interactions with others, but it had been a long time since he had spoken to anything that would speak back. He had always lived in a world of simple continuation, never something worth it, but never something not worth anything. It was an odd feeling, finding purpose not just to continue, but to live.
