Claire listened as he spoke about liking to play cards and had been about to reply that cards were cool. Over the years she had learnt to play a few games from her father, one of those including poker. It was a lot of fun and she had grown fairly good at it.

However she wasnt given time to respond before he was talking again. At first she was confused as to what he was going to be honest to her with but as soon as he said he knew she had an ability her stomach dropped and her heart started beating faster. This was what she had been afraid of, someone finding out. It didnt matter to her if he had powers or not, he could still be evil or work for the company.

"No I wasnt alone..." Claire said, not sure if she could trust him now. Yet he seemed alright. He hadnt tried to capture her and it was clear that he hadnt been given her file. "So what is it that you can do?" She asked as she played with her phone in her fingers. Her fingers hovering over Peter's number incase things went bad. Magix wouldnt notice this though since she'd had the phone in her hand when he had first spoken to her.
