The students were obviously afraid of Kokoro in her disguise. "Welcome to Taiko Academy." Kokoro whispered with a soft but creepy voice. Then she took her cloak off and yelled: "Tada. Welcome to Taiko Academy! I am Kokoro Shironata! I am also known as Headmaster Shironata and I am the literature and arts teacher. I know the school isnt what you have expected but it is improving. Taiko Academy used to be a school for rich teens until it burned down and over a hundred souls were lost in the fire. It is also built on a samurai burial ground." Then a boy looked like he was going to cry and said: "I want to go home. This place is scary and the teachers already seem wierd." "No one is going anywhere..." Kokoro said with an evil smile on her face which then turned friendly again: "...without eating some cake. You dont have to go home. Even though the academy isnt in good shape, the diploma you get allows you to go to Tokyo University. This school still offers the best education in northern Japan. Most of the teachers here are former academy students. I was the best of my year seven years ago." The student then seemed to imagine Kokoro as a beautiful version of the witch in Hansel and Gretel, offering her sweets to lure kids into her house so she could eat them. Some students still felt uncomfortable.
