Stan went back inside the school after the boy left, his eyes had been irritated with the sand and dirt that flew into his face. His roomie, Gideon, urged him to go get something to eat. Stan shook his head, "I want to go work out in the gymnasium instead. Screw studying, screw eating."
Gideon frowned, "Stan, I'm hungry".
"Jeez, you vampires are ALWAYS hungry. Fine. Before we go to the gym, you can get a bite to eat."
Gideon laughed at the "bite" remark, then jumped out the window. He spied a man on a park bench in a town near by, he went in for the kill and brought the corpse back. "Here you go, Stanley, your dinner is served, too".
"I'm not hungry, Gid, maybe later".
With that, Stan went to the gym all alone. He switched on the lights to the fitness room, where there was treadmills and such. He jumped on one of them and started going.
