Munrow had waited for Harry for several hours now and knew he probably wasnt going to show. He decided to do some investigating on his own. This time, he was going to take some precautions. He got up from his chair, and shoved aside the heavy filing cabinet in the left hand corner of his office. Under the cabinet was a grime encrused floor-safe, a thick black dial protruding from the face. He spun the dial, listening to the muted clicks from inside the leadlined safe. After he had entered the combination, he swung the heavy door up, the well oiled hinges moving noislessly. Most people kept money or valuables in safes like these. Munroe however used it to store items that would be confiscated if the police were ever to visit.

The first item he pulled out was a U.S.M.C armoured vest. he hefted this onto the desk and swiftly removed the khaki ammuniton pouches and other accoutrements hanging from the vest. Now stripped down to its most basic elements; a trio of thick kevlar plates capable of turning a 7.62 round away from his vitals. Quickly stripping off his t-shirt he hauled the vest over his head adjusting the way the plates hung across his body. After pulling his shirt back on he pulled the remaining item from the safe.

The object was squat and bull-nosed, wrapped tightly in an old bath towel, grubby with age and oil stains. Gently removing the wrappings, he uncovered the sleek, matt-black form of a Remington 870 breaching shotgun. The weapon had a shortend barrel, and had the stock shortend, leaving only a curved piece of handgrip remaining. Sitting in the middle of the twelve inch was the elongated tube of the pump-action, which had an extra handgrip bolted to it, to make reloading the weapon easier.

Munroe reached into the safe for the last time and pulled two boxes of shells from within. He qucikly opened the boxes, and loaded the shotgun, smiling at the satisfying snap each round made at it was loaded into the weapon. When the shotgun was loaded, he dropped it into a medium sized black duffel bag with the rest of the shells and a couple of clips for his .45. He got up to leave, pulling his leather jacket over his body armour and t-shirt. Next time he met Black it would be different
