Laisha slowly handed the knight the loaf of bread and also added enough loran to pay for it. "I...I'm sorry" she said, her voice high pitched and quivering. She was scarred, though no fist had came at her yet so she was obviously doing better then she had originally expected. She tilted her hat to try and get a better look at the knight. He was much taller then her and his armor was scary, he talked in a soft voice. She stood up tears in her eyes and tried to walk away, hoping that this knight would be nice and understanding. She wasn't really looking where she was going though and her leg got caught up in her pants leg. She tripped and crashed to the ground skinning her leg. Her hat flew off though and the blow had hurt. She felt more tears in her eyes and tried to get back up. She put pressure on the ankle and cried out in pain hitting the floor again. She couldn't risk to be clumsy like this, her body was weak enough as is. She could easily of had the leg sprained, or worse broken from just a simple fall. She had made a mistake though. When her hat flew off it became easier to see her eyes. The knight had given the bread and money to the owner when he looked up and met her gaze accidentally. His face went whiter then her own and he uttered "MONSTER" before running off scared. Laisha continued to cry now, not only for her pain, but also because now the knight would come back and now have a new reason to hurt her.
