Chris turned immediately when he heard the shop keeper screamed monster and ran off. “Oh dam a vampire. A vampiric child are you kidding me?!” he shouted in his mind as he pondered what to do both their eyes locking. He looked into her eyes wondering how to proceed , but he was soon snapped out of it when he heard footsteps coming down the alley again. He peeked around the corner to see who was coming. “Oh come On! Why do you do this to me Paladar?” he thought as Zaleth came into his view. He had to think quickly save the vampire girl or watch her die. It probably would have been a harder decision if he had cared about his reputation among knights, but he didn't so he ran towards the girl as quickly as he could. The closer and closer he got the faster he was going and he showed no signs of stopping. He ran into the wooden gate smashing a hole through it to the other side. Once through it he came back from the other side crouching in front of the girl. “Come on time to go.” he said as he picked her up and propped her on his chest as he would a small child and picked up her hat. He then rushed through the hole he made in the fence and made turn at the street heading for Silvarith. “What's a child like you doing in Evarith? You trying to get yourself killed?”
