A group of EAT students accept a multi-team mission into the Siberian wilderness to hunt down a serial killer who has evaded the authorities for some time. However, the group discovers a terrible secret secluded within the biting freeze of the forests, with the killer mysteriously deceased: inadvertently awakening a force far more terrifying than even the Kishin itself. For a time, the group continued their lives without much events of importance happening.
However, one day, a month after the fateful mission, protests around the world calling for DWMA to lessen its grip on the nations has intensified to rioting. Many wish for DWMA to end their police-like tyranny and let their respective leaders deal with their own problems. Since the death of Kishin Asura, countless have realized the nature of Lord Death's near-totalitarian rule and demand the disbandment of the Shibusen Network and ending DWMA's police role in the global politics. Even politicians petition for Lord Death to loosen up his power--it appears a bloody revolution is on the verge of blossoming.
The chaos allowed the force from Siberia to grow stronger. Already, it has reach a strength that is enough to challenge the Shibusen Network. Very few have foreseen what may be the real fate of the world. Caught between the crossfire will be that very same group who released the same force a month previously: who will set out against all odds to set things right and end this evil their upperclassmen battled just a year ago in the form of Kishin Asura.

Death Weapon Meister Academy is a worldwide organization dedicated to the containment of Kishin: demonic Shadows birthed from the insanity within Mankind. Since its founding, DWMA has expanded its task of containment to lesser, but still-dangerous monstrosities that hunt human souls: monsters that were once human but have allowed themselves to be corrupted by evil itself. Agents are employed throughout the globe 24/7 to police the supernatural underworld and prevent the Kishin or other powerful beasts to be birthed into this world.
If DWMA's Agents alone cannot control order, the headmaster--the Grim Reaper himself--will deploy its armies: a coalition of nearly every nation pooling their resources together to form the largest and advanced military force the world has ever known. With the assistance of the United Nations, the "Shibusen Network," commonly known as the "International Military," are sent to war-torn regions of the world to eliminate stronger supernatural beings that elude the Agents. Less commonly known, the military is also used as a deterrent to keep other nations from warring with each other; should they risk starting a global war, which is an intentional design by Lord Death himself.
In Death City--DWMA's base of operations and home to the SN Command Center--Meisters and Demon Weapons from all over the world are enrolled to train into agents for the academy's operations. Freshmen are enrolled into Normally Overcome Target (NOT) as their first course to adjust them into the DWMA Training Curriculum. Their second course is Especially Advantaged Talent (EAT), where upperclassmen undergo intensive physical training and study of military tactics, in addition to taking missions throughout the globe to collect corrupted souls and prepare to become Agents. Tremendously Achieved Soldiers (TAS) is the final course whereby students are employed in simulated battles and are allowed clearance to undertake extremely dangerous missions EAT students are normally forbidden to take.
A student who has completed all three courses then are initiated as Agents and are granted clearance to collect ninety-nine corrupted souls and one witch soul to transform their Demon Weapons into Death Scythes: extremely powerful Demon Weapons that are used as tools by Lord Death. Death-Scythe teams have clearance to lead army corps and are assigned to police various regions of the world. The most powerful teams are appointed as members of the Shibusen Council who oversee the stability of all continents around the globe.
One year has passed since Asura was defeated by Maka Albarn and her team. Since then, the group has moved on to become students of the TAS course and are already on their way to become initiated into Agents.
Do note that this is roleplay is still a work-in-progress, and that it will take more time before it is ready to be opened. In the meantime, questions, suggestions and discussions concerning this roleplay are welcomed and encouraged!
