Background/History: Luxius Methelas was once a slave in his twenties, working for a cruel and malicous merchant master in an evil empire. As time passed, Luxius used his immense charisma to win over the hearts of the fellow slaves, all the hate and anger culminating in a great revolt. Together with his brother,Luther, he rose against the power. A wave of hope passed through the land and Luxius killed the merchant, liberating his resources and building his own army. The empire, weak from complacency and outnumbered by the inumerable slaves that revolted, soon fell, Luxius himself fighting his way to the capital, deposing the Emporer. After the events that transpired, Luxius was made King of the new kingdom, which grew in power, yet was one of joy and wonder, abolishing the use of slaves forever. However, it did not last as King Luxius decided to travel to one of the neighbouring kingdoms in a trade envoy. However, he did not know that it was but a ploy to get him out of the country and kill him. When Luxius travelled to the other kingdom, he was beset by assasins and enemy troops. Escaping barely with his life, Luxius returned to his own kingdom only to see his brother, who he had loved and trusted all this while, take control of the kingdom through brute force, turning hundreds into slaves again. Luxius was forcefully ejected from his palace, not killed only to serve as a laughingstock for his brother. His heart filled with hate and regret, luxius had no choice but to leave...swearing to return someday...
