He has wide arms, slightly less wide legs, and a narrow waist. He has wide hands, but not large ones. His feet are a size 12. No one knows what ethnicity Charles's parents were. He has a broad and wide nose and lips accompanied by high cheekbones. His skin is fair but blemished. His hair is black and very curly, but it has workability. He usually crops it short. Charles won't admit it, but he uses conditioner. He has a very slight limp in his left leg.

Personality: Sociopath. Charles is very manipulating and uncaring. His two aliases have the same basic personality. He hasn't mastered improvisational acting.

He originally joined to become a state trooper. The state saw his talent and quickly "requisitioned" for training and duty as an Agent. His family (mom, pop, two brothers) is still alive and well.
