Throughout all forms of life there is an unseeable energy that exists and over the course of hundreds and thousands of years it became known by two names: there was The Fade, the lighter and more just of the two and then there was The Void which was in all regards the polar opposite. The Fade controlled life, it brought peace and happiness but even pure happiness turns corrupt over time.
The Void however was fueled by death and chaos and filled sentient beings with hate and greed, causing them to lust over power, knowledge, and possessions. 

For ages this powerful energy went unnoticed and untapped until there came a day when some found they were able to manipulate the fade. For the few who could learn to control this strange energy there were enormous benefits and unnatural powers at their fingertips, such powers ranged from simple super human reflexes to the ability to lift and move objects with little more then the mind. For the most part these new found abilities were used for good and the betterment of others, overtime the men and women with these strange abilities became known as the “Fade Weavers”. Slowly small groups of Fade Weavers got together from all corners of the galaxy and created an Order on the main planet run by the Republic Federation. The planet was called “Runel Major.” and mainly consisted of large city-scapes that nearly covered the entirety of the planet. However there was a sister planet that was slightly smaller called “Runel Minor” and it was filled with many treacherous biomes, such as harsh ice covered plains, forests, deserts and jungles with beasts of all sorts and natural hazards Runel Minor became the training grounds for the Fade Weavers where they rigorously tested their powers and perfected the art of fighting with “solar swords” .

As the decades passed The Galactic Republic found itself enthralled in a galaxy wide war. At that time the galaxy was still huge and unexplored and on a seemingly routine navigation exploration to chart unexplored regions of space The Republic made first contact with a race of war mongering insect like people that rivaled their own coalition of planets in size and technology. After two centuries of constant fighting The Galactic Republic was in shambles: over the course of the war they had lost billions of lives and dozens of planets. Feeling defeat was inevitable the spokesman for The Galactic Republic held a meeting with The Enclave-The Enclave being the most senior members of The Order who would all vote upon great matters involving all Fade Weavers. The main topic of the meeting held was the spokesman of the Republic begging for The Orders help in the devastating war taking place, at the time however the act of going to war was unheard of for the peace minded Order of Fade Weavers. Even more shocking however was that the the majority of Enclave leaders were in favor for aiding The Republic in the seemingly never ending war.

It was an intense war but in the end the Weavers and The Republic had been victorious. They soon became renowned for their heroism in battle. But some Weavers had let the enticement of The Void corrupt them. . . It called and many Weavers answered wanting power and status higher than the order of the Fade Weavers allowed. The Fallen Weavers gathered on a dark, dead desert planet called “Tyrian” on the edge of known space. There they trained and wallowed in the dark power of the Void. As their powers and numbers grew they formed their own Order, called the Void Walkers.

Now the Weavers and the Walkers must face off, trying desperately to become the only true users of the Fade. The Void Walkers want to turn all life energy into Void corrupting all while the Fade wish to turn all Void into Fade.
