"Finding a balance in this world is diificult."
Fenyr acts in an aristocratic manner â he seems always serene and apathetic towards other people, even when he is actually deeply conflicted. He is also extremely calm, even in battle, and is very seldom surprised by even the most drastic of actions. However, when he was younger, he was quick to anger and very hotheaded. He generally acts indifferent, bordering on arrogance, to most situations that he is faced with as seen from how he rarely views his opponent worth his time. Despite this trait, Fenyr is a very perceptive man and is fully aware of the limits of his abilities and usually anything he states in comparison to an opponent is justified. In spite of his icy and regal manner, Fenyr cares for and protects those important to him. Fenyr has shown open disdain for those who have been disgraced or who he finds to be annoying or overconfident.
Style: Known as one of the best archers in Lerial, Fenyr specializes in long range combat and destruction school magic. Despite being a long range fighter, he carries two daggers for close range and relies heavily on quick, flashy moves to create distance between him and his opponent.
Equipment/Weapons: Scry Bow and Twin Daggers.
Skills: Is naturally talented in magic, hand-to-hand combat, arts of assassination, ancient lore, languages and symbols.
Fenyr was born into the Asiac family, one of the Seven Noble Scry Families of Visserine. He grew up in the Asiac Mansion in the Palace District of Visserine. He would spend countless hours training, in preparation of taking over the leadership of the Asiac family. Fifty-five years ago, Fenyr married Hysani Riel, who was a commoner in Visserine; therefore, he broke the rules by accepting her into the noble Asiac family. Five years later, she became sick and died at the Asiac Mansion. As a final request, Fenyr agreed to find Hysani's biological sister, Jesani, whom she abandoned to be with Fenyr. One year later, Fenyr found Jesani at the Academy and immediately adopted her into the Asiac family. By adopting her, Fenyr respected his late wife's final wish, but had broken the rules of his family again.
After Jesani graduated she decided to stay at the Academy permanently. Fenyr agreed on the condition she keep the Asiac name. Thirty years ago, Fenyr's father died and he became the head of the Asiac Family. Many people questioned his qualities given the situation with Jesani and Hysani twenty years earlier. Fenyr's uncle used his power to have Jesani's status at the University revoked, unless Fenyr denounced the Asiac name and gave up his position. Torn between keeping Jesani safe and his duties, Fenyr chose the former in memory of Hysani who he still felt indebted to. Jesani was able to stay at the university, but Fenyr hasn't seen her. He hasn't even returned to Visserine, only occasionally getting letters about his uncles inability to lead.
