Arca is one of the oldest and most prolific champions with numerous races to her creative credit. However, she creates her races to pit them against the other, ensuring only the strongest may survive. The only surviving Arcan race at the moment are the Ilth, the final race she has created. Arca exemplifies the characteristics of pure freedom and natural cruelty with little patience for the weak. She does not create alliances, even fighting on alone during the Champion's war which cost her dearly in terms of power and numbers. The act of creating the Ilth rendered her into a state of hibernation and it is believed that the Ilth caretake their sleeping creator in Randir.


Arca was always feared by other races and held a special contempt for humanity, demanding each of her races prey upon humans and this command extends to her Ilth which raid humanity on a yearly basis for supplies and slaves. Arcan races are forbidden to do the most basic things of a civilized society such as grow their own crops or consume bread or alcohol. Arcan races known as Arcans are expected to live in a constant predatory state and to never allow themselves to be subjugated to an outsider. Her last race, Ilth, have a special command to seek out the forces of entropy and decay and be vigilant against their spread always.


Those Champions that remember Arca describe her as changing forms between numerous predatory beasts and having a terrible mastery over blood with the ability to pull the blood from a foe or enflame another's mind to a wild frenzy. Some clans of humanity still appease an aspect of Arca known as the terrible hunt to which they sacrifice the first born of their herd animals to appease her endless wrath.

Arca sleeps now in Randir, suspending in the air in an immense stone chamber where she is believed to listen and see through every wild creature in the world and regaining strength by tasting in each hunt the first spilled blood of panic and fear.
